1. About us

Barrington Bond Publishing Ltd is registered in Northern Ireland. These terms govern your use of barringtonbond.com and any services you purchase from us. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Website use

This website is provided for information purposes. We reserve the right to update or withdraw content at any time. You may not reproduce any content from this site without our written permission.

3. Author services

3.1 Publishing Diagnostic

The diagnostic session is priced at £600. This fee is fully redeemable against the setup fee if you proceed to a full engagement within 90 days of the session. The diagnostic is non-refundable once the session has taken place.

3.2 The Engine (full build)

The setup fee of £4,997 is due before work commences. The monthly retainer of £1,497 is billed in advance on a rolling monthly basis. Either party may terminate the monthly arrangement with 30 days written notice. The setup fee is non-refundable once work has commenced.

The social pipeline retainer of £497 per month is billed monthly in advance and requires 30 days notice to cancel.

3.4 Scope of work

The specific deliverables for each engagement are agreed in writing before any payment is taken. Any work outside the agreed scope is subject to a separate written agreement.

4. Payments

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or the payment method agreed at the point of engagement. Overdue invoices may incur late payment charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

5. Intellectual property

All content produced by Barrington Bond Publishing Ltd on behalf of a client remains the property of the client upon full payment. Any tools, templates, systems, or automation infrastructure built as part of an engagement remain the intellectual property of Barrington Bond Publishing Ltd unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of liability

Barrington Bond Publishing Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
